Specialising in tailored menswear and draping techniques. Merging the technical and fluid nature of the two. Highly interested in tailoring staples and research in to technical nature of different pieces. Gained experience in pattern cutting, draping and design for multiple design studios. From this skill set and thirst for knowledge I have created my own voice in the menswear field.
Inspired by monochrome photographs and cinema of 50s Italy - in particular the atmospheric film, Ladri di Biciclette (The Bicycle Thieves). Paying homage to impeccable Italian tailoring staples adding an unmistakable, playful twist. Subtle, modern layering quietly elevates and softens sharp 50s tailoring shapes for a sophisticated look. With jersey twisted around the body and lightweight wool used in a draped shirt. This collection of warm tonal looks breath fresh air into the classic style.
