About

She is Qian Wang (Jessie), from Beijing China. She received her bachelor's degree in interior design at SVA. Her works have been exhibited at NYC x DESIGN, spanning from installation design to hotel design. Among them, her team installation design earned special mention in the Architizer A+ Awards and was published on INTERIOR DESIGN Magazine Official Website, while her hotel design project was showcased at the New York Eleven Plus (NY11+) Exhibition. Furthermore, her product designs were exhibited at The Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame Museum. Her creations have also been featured in several exhibitions at SVA and published in its magazines. She was selected for the semi-finals of the 2024 ASID Portfolio Competition. Her furniture design has also won the SARA NY Design Awards and the Kravet Certificate of Achievement. In addition, she has also contributed to the certification of the undergraduate interior design department by CIDA. She's a fun designer who loves ketchup the most and her thesis is a ketchup themed food landmark and also earned the Neville Lewis Memorial Award Scholarship. She is just doing what she loves, and she aspires to spread joy and happiness to everyone through her designs.


“Miss Tomato” is a disruptive culinary landmark that not only reimagines the world of ketchup, but is also a multifaceted culinary destination that combines creativity, art, and sustainability, located in the bustling Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. Miss Tomato presents a new, multi-functional culinary complex in the form of a Tomato Rooftop Farm, Ketchup Factory, Retail Store, and Restaurant. Inspired by the tomato, the building glows with a red skylight, inviting you to explore a world of culinary delights. Taste pure tomato sauce, discover endless food possibilities, and embrace a new way of life. Join me at “Miss Tomato” and let’s write a flavorful chapter together!
