About
My practice is multidisciplinary, and I find inspiration in art, technology, science, and society. Sometimes I sense noise or disturbances in the world around me which inspire me to create art. Sometimes I am the disturbance.
I like to experiment with painting and work with different themes and concepts..
I believe that human morals and ethics are in our DNA, but that it´s in our power to reflect and change to make better choices related to war, human rights, climate change, mass surveillance, AI weapons targeting what and who? We must make critical choices as e.g AI gives humankind new opportunities to make our lives equally better or to deepen inequalities. The paintings of the seven vices are inspired by quantum physics and the fact that electrons behave differently depending on if they are observed or not. When not observed an electron appears in many places at the same time and in wave form. I asked myself what would happen if I don’t observe a painting? Humans consist of billions of atoms and electrons. I know that I behave different while being observed. How will mass surveillance affect society in the future? Since all matter vibrates I made The Human Calibrator where people can re-calibrate their levels of the vices by listening and vibrating to 528 Hz. The Solfeggio frequency 528 Hz stands for Love and DNA repair.
