My name is Kajsa Frisk, a designer and artist from Stockholm, Sweden.

Embracing the ordinary, I work in a multidisciplinary and hands-on manner, transforming everyday moments into extraordinary designs. A seamless blend of functionality with emotion.
My project, "Between Space and Form," explores the intersection of graffiti and textile crafts, focusing on how these two art forms converge through shared elements like form, technical skill, and repetition. By studying hand movements in textile work and transforming them into graffiti tags, I highlight the often-overlooked manual labor behind both crafts. The project materializes in the entrance of Dosthoffskahuset in Björns Trädgård, where a floor pattern made of perforated steel features graffiti-inspired designs, including a "Cool S" symbol, blending the visual languages of graffiti and traditional lace. This work creates a dialogue between the artistic and functional, emphasizing the cultural significance of both forms.
