I am a scottish designer focussed on rethinking every day interactions through a sustainable lens
I’ve designed a camera that uses cyanotype instead of film, bringing a new dimension to analogue photography. Traditionally, cyanotype is a printmaking method, but I've reimagined it as an in-camera process. This camera allows me to capture images directly onto cyanotype-coated paper, transforming the long exposure times into a unique artistic feature. Built with durable, weather-resistant materials, the camera is specifically tailored to make cyanotype a practical photographic medium. It offers a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative to film, making it an exciting tool for photographers eager to explore a different, more environmentally conscious approach to analogue photography.
