About
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Filmmaking, with nearly three years of experience as a 1st Assistant Director in the industry up until Jun. 2023. This role honed my organisational and leadership skills on set and deepened my passion for storytelling. During my Master’s program (Sep. 2023 to Sep. 2024) at the University for the Creative Arts, I directed two short films and a documentary, as well as produced several videos as a videographer. These projects allowed me to explore various aspects of filmmaking and enhance my creative vision. I am excited to continue growing in the film industry, leveraging my experience and academic background to create compelling and impactful visual stories.
Make the Bed is a drama that explores the emotional journey of a housewife who, after years of prioritizing her family over herself, begins to reflect on her life. The story reaches its climax when she faces disappointment on a significant day—Mother’s Day, which coincides with her 30th wedding anniversary—due to her husband’s lack of understanding and care. This narrative highlights a universal issue in many families, emphasizing the importance of women maintaining self-awareness and self-worth within the confines of marriage.
