About
I obtained my BSc degree in industrial product and design design at the Budapest University of Technology as an engineer in 2022, after which I could study for half a year in Valencia, which had a great impact on my approach as a designer and in general.Transport and vehicle design have been my passion since childhood, and since I became a designer, I had the opportunity to participate in several projects
from an electric enduro bike to a historic passenger ship reconstruction. However, my main passion is Budapest, in a broader sense urbanism and urban development, thus my professional career in recent years also oriented in this direction. How can we make our cities more liveable on the brink of climate change, when we are faced simultaneously with a set of problems that are closely related to each other?
My projects were created with this in mind, looking for answers to shape our future.
My entry is a modular pavilion system created to combat urban heat islands with multiple passive and low-consumption solutions for shading and cooling. The shelters primarily serve cooling and shading, which is also helped by several passive and low-consumption solutions, such as a terracotta cooling wall, porous pavement with mist nozzles, ventilation holes, PRC coating and plants. In addition to this, I intend to adapt to the different locations with different constructional variations. The project could lead to improving our well-being at public spaces, potentially saving lives of especially among the elderly, children and those with circulatory diseases.
