Tolerance Project 1

I collaborated with the tolerance project and a graphic Designer. My job was to use the poster that the graphic artist made in my design. He came up with a passport that was stamped with the word "Tolerance" to bring up the Immigration problem and how immigrants are treated by the government and the citizens, from this poster I made a print that reflected my point of view based on what I've experienced as a Haitian citizen. I used couture techniques to make this garment, it involved a lot of hand sewing. from the draped off the shoulder sleeve to the tailored dress, every little part was meticulously worked on to look perfect.
