About

A graduate of the National College of Art and Design, I’m a graphic designer with a particular interest in editorial design, information design, motion design and the development of social and environmentally awaredesign projects. I’ve produced multiple editorial design projects, both based on my own research and content given to me. I’m also experienced in responding to student, competition and professional briefs both asa group and individually. I work well in group settings, believe in design work that tells an alternate story or has a material impact in the world and I think the best way to achieve that is through collaboration. I think my ability to adapt and learn new methods and processes stands to me in terms of the variety of the internship and projects that each studio does. I believe that with each design project you have to adapt and learn new things given the problem at hand and I am quite confident in my ability to collaborate and take initiative when needed in order to solve a problem.

“Please Hurry” is a typographic Motion design piece inspired by the chaotic nature of 999 calls. It aims to represent and explore the inner workings of the mind of someone calling 999 and how the moment might feel to them. This piece was displayed as an interactive projection with different layers of video and sound turning off and on depending on the amount of people in the room. The different layers and colours represent the dichotomy between the calm voice of the operator and the panicked situation the caller finds themselves in.
