Lily Muir (b.2002) is a Norwich-based artist exploring mental health in animation. She completed her art foundation at Priestley College and graduated Norwich University of the Arts (2024) with a degree in Animation (hons).
Lily has an online presence where she demonstrates her freelance work, and has collaborated with companies such as XP-Pen. Her animation work mixes children’s animation with horror to explore fun but heartfelt narratives.
ABCs of Being Alive is a graduate film by Lily Muir at Norwich University of the Arts. This is a short film which is light-hearted and silly, but will resonated with viewers. Being alive can get overwhelming so this film was created to remind viewers of little things that can bring comfort and make us happy to be alive. It is a short film appreciating little everyday things in life for those struggling to think of any.
