The Project "No Longer" deals with the long-term potentials of negotiating climate change and ecological sustainability in video games. Based on findings and strategies from climate communication, the game interweaves emotional storytelling with strategically fast and absurd action on a gameplay level in a physics-based platformer to generate awareness for the impending climate collapse. The main protagonist is a super-elastic polar bear that stretches through the melting Arctic and fights for its survival.
