About
Tatiana is an interior designer with a design philosophy rooted in storytelling. With a First Class Honours BA in Interior Design from the Edinburgh College of Art, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a relentless drive to learn, approaching every project with curiosity, care and the desire to create something meaningful. Her work is guided by the exploration of new ideas, always striving to elevate spaces through thoughtful design that engages and inspires those who experience them.
The Mouneh House is a contemporary community food hub and pantry inspired by the traditional Arabic practice of mouneh, addressing food waste through culture, education and sustainable design while reconnecting people with the origins of their food. Located within the historic Granton Station, the project reinterprets traditional preservation methods through a series of spaces for learning, making, storing and sharing. Bringing people together through food and cultural exchange, the hub encourages more conscious consumption and sustainable everyday practices. By transforming surplus ingredients into long-lasting produce, The Mouneh House explores how interior design can support circular systems, community resilience and a stronger connection between people, food and place.
