Sekera Mohamed Besta (Ngôma Hoe) is a Tanzanian artist and filmmaker whose work explores narratives of Black African identity.
Set in a re-imagined 1960s Tanzania, this contemporary mystery unfolds when Jerry, a popular radio presenter is found dead on a beach. Suspicion turns to his three wives. Each woman's version of life is recounted by Jerry through performance, fashion and interview as truth, cultural tensions, and gender politics come to light.
