About
I am an Indonesian graphic designer and visual artist based in London, interested in the space created by different cross cultural interactions. My work weaves together the message, cultural context, and visual play to form meaningful impact through graphic communication. I have experience encompassing a broad range of categories from branding, packaging, to wayfinding systems.
We often carry memories of home in objects - compressed portable cultural fragments. For those who grew up cross-culturally, these things hold something harder to name: hidden griefs of lost homes. I collected these fragments and translated them repeatedly across mediums: RISO print, Touchdesigner, and sound. Each translation adds and loses something, mirroring the experience of displacement. In this installation, these memories are catalogued and alive. Your presence reshapes the music and image. You become part of that process, entrusted with their memories, fostering empathy and connection.
