BA Project Dreaming in Technicolor Have you ever gotten to know your nocturnal self? I have, I recreated my dreams using Machine learning and turned my hazy memories into wearable dream- garments. Styling: Lisa-Montana Fritzsch Photography Fittings: Lisa-Montana Fritzsch Photoshooting: Anna Breit

upcycled painter's cloth drowned in water. The wet look was achieved by dying gelatine and silicone as well as bio plastic with pastel crayons. The silhouettes are inspired by any kind of movement of water since it is my favourite element and never stops to amaze me. water nourishes, can drown your sorrows, water destroys, water reduces stress, water washes the pain away, water is the source of life, water is emotional, water is powerful, water is melancholic and water is so much more!

Reviving wiener werkstätte

This was my first assigned project at the Accademia di Costume e di Moda, Roma where I got the Brand/Designer Rudi Gernreich. My task was to analyze his creations and transport them into the current zeitgeist.

All the lives I could have lived. My design journey started with me being mentally taken into the universe of the book "midnight libraries by Matt Haig". The protagonist finds herself in a zone between life and death which presents itself in the physical shape of a library. There she is asked to re-live some of her darkest but also some of her most precious moments in life... but with a twist. No life is ever the same... Have you ever asked yourself „What if?“ I bet you have but don't worry, millions of people probably also question their choices. Throughout the course of purchasing all these vintage and second hand shirts I fell more and more in love with the idea of telling other peoples' stories with a garment, to let their histories remain and combine them to make a new story. All these lives are being held together by single threads and micro silver coated beads, a very fragile connection nevertheless it still makes for a strong result. Multiple tiny scraps of shirts layered on top of each other. And when there is movement all the tiny lives seem to be floating in the wind. Every step my future customer takes, they are going to bring several stories with them, shirt stories.
