About
Jinseo Park is a womenswear designer based in Seoul and Atlanta. When she was young, her mom used to make her clothes in home and she chose the fabrics. At that time, She fell in love with the interaction between the fabrics and human body. From that, still her favorite part of fashion is draping and draped silhouette. Whenever she wore the clothes that her mom made for her, she became the happiest person in the world. She wants to give this feeling to everyone.
Almost all of her inspirations are coming from her experiences and thoughts over those experiences. She focuses on the conceptual fashion with exaggerated shapes of feminine in couture ways. As her traditional background, Korean heritages are always used as a part of collection. She believes clothes, outfits have a huge power.
We cannot live without them. And they can make your feeling and even show yourself. She loves these relationship between people and fashion so much. She wants to make all people who choose and wear her brands happy and their dreams come true with her designs as what her mother did to her.
A reflection of hope, resilience, and the enduring belief that brighter days are always ahead. Inspired by the optimism of Jinseo’s grandmother—who always instilled the belief that a better future awaits—and by the lyric from Les Misérables, “the bright morning will rise when the future unfolds,” the collection explores the universal human desire to overcome chaos and strive toward an ideal tomorrow. Inspired by Korean candlelight vigil in 2024, this collection interprets the hope and optimism after the chaos. This collection explores the blends of the French Revolution era and the late 19th century’s Korean heritage in celebrating of femininity.
