About
I am a designer passionate about exploring the interplay between couture and ready-to-wear. I strive to merge the finest qualities of both worlds to create clothing that is versatile yet meticulously handcrafted using traditional couture techniques. At the same time, the garments should reflect a unique fusion of fashion and art. For me, clothing should not only be functional but also carry a message and tell a story.
Additionally, I am deeply committed to environmental responsibility. My collection exclusively uses dead stock fabrics, zippers, buttons, and threads, as well as natural materials and some styles constructed with a zero-waste pattern approach.
The collection “The Debutant” draws inspiration from the alchemical and magical world of surrealist artist Remedios Varo, blending it with the traditional debutante ball phenomenon. It is defined by an underlying aesthetic rebellion that challenges the conventions of female choice and autonomy. This collection seeks to redefine the debutante experience, infusing it with a sense of enchantment and subversive elegance that questions and transforms traditional expectations.
