Scientists are looking for alternatives to traditional food sources due to population growth and limited resources. Insects, such as mealworms, are a nutritious and resource-efficient option. A product designed for easy mealworm cultivation and consumption at home has been developed, consisting of a growth box, a rack for the box, and a refrigerator for storage. The layer design of the growth box facilitates cleaning and the frame provides information on temperature, humidity, and growth time. The fridge allows for easy access to mealworms for cooking.

With the increasing awareness of health and government policies promoting sports, more people are engaging in physical activity. However, sports injuries are a common risk. Many people lack knowledge of how to deal with sports injuries when they occur, especially injuries to the fingers, wrists, and ankles. To address this, I propose a protective device made of hard plastic and elastic bands, with breathable fabric for comfort, and instructions and guidance icons for ease of use. The design is also lightweight and portable for convenience during sports activities.
