About

Hi! I’m Grace, a 3D environment and prop artist. Originally rooted in fine art, I transitioned into games while studying Game Art and Design at Norwich University of the Arts. My focus is bringing traditional artistic principles into digital pipelines, specialising in props and environments across both stylised and realistic aesthetics. I love building atmospheric, story-driven spaces that blend strong fine art fundamentals with interactive design.

I’m pleased to present my latest project: a once-loved, now abandoned Triumph T120. As my most complex mechanical asset to date, it pushed me to master intricate hard-surface workflows, break down dense real-world reference, and optimize production-friendly topology. Through layered texturing, I focused on visual storytelling, capturing years of wear, rust, and neglect to turn raw mechanical geometry into an atmospheric, history-rich asset. A special thanks to Thornton Hundred for providing essential reference photos that helped bring this piece to life.

This environment imagines a grand Astronomy Institute, blending the elegant geometry of Arcane with the vibrant, stylized texturing of Spider-Verse. The project came to life by revisiting an earlier scene after a few months to push its storytelling and visual fidelity. Guided by a 2D paintover, I elevated the space by re-working the lighting, polishing existing assets, modelling fresh props, updating the skyline, and bringing everything together with custom tileable materials and subtle Niagara VFX.

Aphrodite's Spear and Shield: Hades II Fanart

I’m proud to present my 3D take on Aphrodite’s Spear and Shield from Hades II. Created in response to a K9 Digital brief, this project was a dream to work on as a huge fan of Supergiant’s visual style. The challenge lay in adapting a graphic, line-art heavy 2D design into 3D while adhering to a strict 5K tri budget and 2K texture map per asset. I focused heavily on hand-painted texture details, strong silhouettes, and clean topology to keep the props feeling graceful, authentic, and fully production-ready.
