Elisa Terranera is an Italian drawer based in London.
In 2023 she graduated from BA (Hons) Illustration Camberwell.
Her work ranges from comics to visual reportages and freelance illustration and explores through a humorous and sometimes grotesque lens themes such as childhood and nostalgia, human relationships, family, community, rituals around food. She likes working alongside people, printing things and drawing from observation. She worked with Italian magazines such as Scomodo and Domani Editoriale’s Fumetti and in 2022 she won the Tate x Not Just A Shop Christmas card competition.

Yearbook is an artist book gathering images from a year in the life of different children. It also consisted for me in a challenge to remain playful in the passage from medium to medium.
