I'm an adaptive and experimentative product designer who takes inspirations from nature to produce functional and decorative products. Have an ability to use diverse materials such as wood, fabrics as well as metals, but also can create alternative sustainable materials from inedible food wastes like peanut shells. I mainly work by hand with traditional techniques such as saddle stitch and tools like piercing saw, however I can also use CAD & CAM process such as laser cutter and 3D printing to speed up some process.
Intensive biomaterial experiments to create a concept for alternative existing material to support sustainability. The process requires 3 natural organic elements and a grinded dried inedible plant skin and shell substance collected as wastes. Analysed the biomaterial properties such as adhesiveness, durability and texture, to figure out their usability in the commercial world. Involved many existing techniques and machinery such as stitch by hand, laser cut and cast, to figure ways to manufacture the biomaterial products.
