Noemi Rios is an award-winning illustrator, visual artist, and creative professional with over 20 years of experience spanning illustration, photography, graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where she developed her expertise in concept development, character design, composition, and narrative-driven artwork.Her creative practice explores the intersection of imagination, storytelling, and design, with work that has been featured through collaborations with organizations including Disney, NPR, Topo Chico, Jack Daniel’s, and the Museum of Latin American Art. Her experience extends across commercial illustration, concept art, publishing, fine art, and tattoo artistry, allowing her to bring a diverse range of perspectives and techniques to every project.Recognized for her artistic achievements, Noemi has received honors for her work and continues to create art that connects with audiences through emotion, culture, and visual storytelling.
