About

Hello, my name is Abbie and I am a recent graduate of Interior Architecture and Design from Birmingham City University! The use of bold colours within my projects has become my design language, combining this with immersive design strategies and a strong understanding of interior branding to create enticing user experiences within my projects. During my time at university I have acquired a huge range of skills, from vivid spatial visualisations to detailed technical drawingsthat have allowed me to meet design briefs from a range of disciplines.  I always aim to work to my highest potential, with an exceptional eye for detail and creative thinking. I am a quick learner who thrives within a creative environment, with an eagerness to apply and expand my technical and creative skills within the industry, ultimately exploring the endless possibilities that design has to offer.

Studio You is a transformative sports centre facility dedicated to empowering girls and re-igniting their passion for physical activity. It aims to provide a secure and inclusive space where every girl, regardless of skill level, can experience the benefits of exercise. The studio spaces provide immersive, customised activities that nurture personal development and foster self-assurance, serving as a sanctuary for girls to channel their energy and cultivate a lifelong affinity for movement. Studio You redefines self-care by celebrating the exhilaration of physical activity while assisting girls in rediscovering the joy and empowerment of exercise, transforming it into a new benchmark of indulgence. The mission of Studio You is to squash the negative school P.E narrative, break down the gender barriers and tackle the female stigma behind not exercising simply because girls ‘don’t feel good enough’. Getting ‘hot and sweaty’ is officially the new manicure! ‘At STUDIO YOU, we are changing the rules of the game, because HERE, GIRLS CAN enjoy getting active! ‘
