Greetings, I am Nidhi.
Finding joy in nitpicking and solving problems I technically could have ignored led me all the way here from India to do Product Design and Manufacture, which sits in a space that allows me to breathe life into products and develop how they can survive in markets technically, realistically, and meaningfully.
I have spent some time in the world of FMCG products, sustainability, and consultancy-style workflows, where I can leverage the versatility of product design while constantly learning new things. This curiosity has led me into ergonomics, motion graphics, UI/UX and many adjacent fields, simply to explore better ways of communicating ideas and understanding how things work.

SOI (सोय) is a chapati vending machine designed for India’s corporate canteens, delivering fresh, hot chapatis from scratch, on demand, 24/7. Users simply tap to order through an intuitive touchscreen, customise their order, pay, and collect their freshly kneaded, pressed, and puffed chapatis in under a minute via colour-coded slots. Built with food-grade materials, patented technologies, NFC-controlled access, and IoT monitoring, SOI prioritises hygiene, reliability, transparency, and efficient maintenance, bringing modern automation to one of India’s oldest everyday foods.
