Hey, my name is Qiqi Chen. I'm an industrial designer and a graduate of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. My design is driven by intuition, form, and the user experience. ROTA is a reimagined toaster designed to make everyday breakfast faster, simpler, and more intuitive. By rethinking the traditional toaster mechanism and user interaction, ROTA streamlines the process of loading, toasting, and retrieving bread. The design combines a clean, approachable form with a more intuitive operating experience, reducing unnecessary steps in a familiar daily routine.
