About
Growing up, I was always drawn to crafts and drawing, and over time this interest grew into a desire to use design to tackle everyday problems and make life a little better. In 2026, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Product Design at the Berlin University of the Arts. I am now working as an office furniture designer. Alongside my professional work, I also explore graphic design and 3D art.
ReRoute Play Wall is a modular, foldable bouldering wall system designed for indoor kindergarten spaces. It addresses the limited adaptability of many existing bouldering walls, which often fail to accommodate mixed-age groups. Instead of following a fixed set of climbing holds, children can reposition holds to invent new paths, set their own level of difficulty, and create new games. This turns climbing into an active, iterative process—planning, testing, adjusting, and trying again—building not only strength and coordination, but also creativity, risk assessment skills, and self-efficacy. Add-ons—such as a slide, bell, or mirror—further extend play beyond climbing. The system provides children with a basic framework that invites them to discover endless possibilities of “play” on their own. When not in use, the wall folds away to free up space for other activities.
