About
I found my interest in textiles and fashion at a young age and have been painting and illustrating since and currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree of Textile Design at RMIT University. I've completed 2 internships in Textile and Fashion respectively, which have given me valuable industry experience in both global and local businesses. I specialise in Textile Prints for fashion and interiors, and bespoke Textiles, but am open to other design opportunities and collaborations.
Growing up in Jakarta, where skyscrapers and congestion dominate, the Muara Angke mangrove reserve became a cherished memory. After years abroad, this project honours that natural beauty and personal connection by transforming leftover textiles into high-fashion designs. Drawing inspiration from the unique flora and fauna of Muara Angke, motifs were created through hand-drawing and digital work, then brought to life using techniques like laser cutting and sublimation dye. The resulting textile pieces were deconstructed and stitched into four looks, emphasizing fragility and detail. This project merges personal memory with sustainability, breathing new life into discarded materials.
