Grace Williams is a recent MA graduate from Central Saint Martins UAL, specialising in Digital Art, Painting, Video Mapping and Stage Management. Her interests revolve around creating and visualising narratives, whether through abstract forms or symbolic means. She has a love for illustration/drawing, filming, photography and all things theatre related. She continues to explore and experiment with her artistic style, finding her identity within her creations whether it's in the theatre world, the art world or a combination of both.
One can only hope for the future to be brighter and better than now, but how much can we dream about it until it becomes nothing more than a fantasy? A multimedia experience that combines storytelling with innovative projection mapping and artistic visuals to retell the story of Puccini's Madame Butterfly, set in a dystopian world where Cio-Cio San narrates her dreams of life before the rise of technology, her present dictated and built upon the control of Artificial Intelligence, and her future filled with tranquil liberation.
