About
I am a concept-driven BA (Hons) Interior Design graduate from Norwich University of the Arts, specialising in spatial narratives, experiential environments, and research-led design. My passion lies in crafting environments that operate as narrative experiences - spaces that communicate, provoke, and invite active discovery. I am particularly interested in how spaces can tell stories, evoke memory, and foster participation, shaping environments that engage users through narrative depth and experiential richness.My creative practice is firmly grounded in hand-drawing as the primary method of design inquiry. Using sketching, schematic diagrams, and iterative illustrations, I generate and communicate complex conceptual ideas. For me, drawing is not simply a representational tool, but a critical thinking process through which atmosphere, spatial sequence, and structural meaning are continually tested and refined.
JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY - Norwich CITY WALLS
This project reimagines the remaining fragments of Norwich’s historic city wall as living, communicative environments. Rather than preserving the fragments as static monuments, the proposal encourages a dynamic co-authorship of meaning, where layered narratives unfold over time. Each intervention operates as a performative apparatus: a spatial device offering, guiding, and facilitating experiences. Through this framework, the urban landscape becomes a voyage of discovery, a dynamic exploration of interconnected narratives embedded within the city. Walking, observing, and moments of active participation become acts of meaning-making. Movement enables a dialogue to unfold between the visitor and fragment, generating new perspectives and shifting perceptions.
