About
I found my interest in textiles and fashion at a young age and have been painting and illustrating since and currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree of Textile Design at RMIT University. I've completed 2 internships in Textile and Fashion respectively, which have given me valuable industry experience in both global and local businesses. I specialise in Textile Prints for fashion and interiors, and bespoke Textiles, but am open to other design opportunities and collaborations.
"Fragile Nature" draws inspiration from the ephemeral aspects of nature, focusing on themes of femininity and fragility. The project evokes the lightness of butterflies, dried flowers, and spiderwebs, using leftover materials in soft petal pinks and natural indigo blues. A key element of this work is the exploration of translucent textures, achieved through various techniques that reflect the subtle interplay of light and shadow. This focus on translucency serves to enhance the project's central theme, capturing the fragile beauty of the natural world while incorporating sustainable practices.
