About
I found my interest in textiles and fashion at a young age and have been painting and illustrating since and currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree of Textile Design at RMIT University. I've completed 2 internships in Textile and Fashion respectively, which have given me valuable industry experience in both global and local businesses. I specialise in Textile Prints for fashion and interiors, and bespoke Textiles, but am open to other design opportunities and collaborations.
This collection theme is called Escapism which is inspired by stepping into a fairytale dream. It is based on what kind of textiles a fairy nymph would have in her cherished closet. A combination of traditional and modern techniques was applied in this collection, such as screen printing resist and dyes, digital printing, and more. All materials used are leftover fabric saved over the years from past projects.
