ARA is a survival and water-management smartwatch designed for hikers and mountaineers in hostile environments. The project solves the critical need to locate, analyze, and purify water during situations of extreme fatigue or disorientation. Integrating off-grid GPS navigation with hydrological mapping, ARA also features a waterproof compartment in its strap for the secure storage of test strips and purification supplies. Its simplified, intuitive interface minimizes the user's cognitive load in emergencies, delivering an accessible, lightweight, and essential solution right on the wrist.
