RECOGNISING THE POWER OF TEXTILES
• TEX+ is an initiative to promote, support and enhance textile design and training.
• Our mission is to connect textile graduates and practitioners with opportunities across the textile industries and beyond.
• TEX+ will work with UK universities to strengthen the bridge between academia and industry through mentorship and training, and by creating vital connections for selected graduates to enable them to reach their full potential. Including showcasing the 25 finalists in London 10-12 July.
• TEX+ focuses on all aspects of textile excellence by engaging in best contemporary practices and relevant contemporary issues.
• We will share all information and insights into textile career opportunities with students from secondary to tertiary education through access to our website and the alumni and friends Speakers Series, ensuring that UK-trained textile knowledge and talent continues to flourish.
