This design pays homage to the unique friendship shared between Odette Pol Roger and Churchill, presented in an illustrative and evocative manner. The vibrant strokes, reminiscent of paintbrushes, honour Churchill's passion for painting. Each stroke reflects the depth and intensity of his creative spirit, resonating with the vibrant hues drawn from his captivating masterpieces such as "Seascape with Rain Clouds" and "Daybreak at Cassis." These carefully chosen shades not only capture the essence of nature but also reflect Churchill's steadfast admiration for the surrounding beauty. Through this artistic interpretation, we celebrate not only the cherished bond between two individuals but also the timeless allure of artistic expression.
This collection combines digitally printed fabrics, hard surfaces, and wallpapers inspired by aerial photography and satellite imagery. Featuring textures, colours, and patterns from topographic and temperature maps, it captures the rejuvenating beauty of nature. By unveiling these weather-worn designs, I have created a cohesive and visually appealing collection for commercial interiors.
Moroccan Architectural Fusion: A Celebration of Culture and Craftsmanship" is a project which delves into the essence of Moroccan architecture and design. Through extensive exploration, a collection of samples was meticulously crafted, ranging from intricate hand wood carvings to vibrant tiles, wallpapers and tactile pieces. These samples were thoughtfully designed for both interior and exterior spaces, with a special focus on Moroccan-style interiors found in riads and commercial establishments. Drawing inspiration from primary images captured during my travels across Morocco, the colour palette reflects the rich hues and textures abundant in Moroccan landscapes, resulting in a harmonious fusion of tradition, culture, and craftsmanship.
