About

I combine creative excellence with commercial solutions. Resourceful problem solver in product development. Have experience with many different techniques and materials. Wood is my favorite material that I like to stretch myself against! In the design process, I like to start from an identity-creating detail. I thrive best in a relationship-building context. Where I get to work in teams and design together with other designers and disciplines.

In today's society, it is clear that a significant proportion of the sweden’s young adults face challenges in securing their own housing. This is evidenced by the fact that approximately one third of this demographic group experiences a lack of permanent housing solutions. In light of this need, SPRÅNG explores how modular storage systems can improve living environments for young adults, with an emphasis on adaptability. By optimizing space and offering flexibility, this system addresses the dynamic lifestyle of young adults, who face frequent relocations. SPRÅNG was created from a lock design consisting of three basic components: nut sleeve, stud screw, and frame pin. Integrating these elements creates a robust yet flexible mechanism for attaching the shelves. By simply screwing on the nut sleeve, the user can adjust and secure the shelves in place around a central round rod. This mechanism allows not only a safe and stable placement of objects on the shelves, but also an easy and playful rearrangement of the shelves in different formations and patterns.
