About
I am a third-year Fashion Design student at Pearl Academy looking forward to enhancing my skills and exploring more. I am proficient in design software, organized, creative, and detail-oriented. I find great interest in perceiving every minute detail and incorporating them into my designs. With a strong inclination towards design aesthetics, I aspire to do projects in fashion as well as other associated fields.
The Rebel Tartan Project, a collaboration between Pearl Academy, Donghua University, and Nottingham Trent University, is aimed at addressing the climate crisis happening around the world. In an era of rapid technological advancement, more and more highly sophisticated electronic goods are being invented and manufactured. As a result, tons of e-waste is generated every year. To reduce the impact of untreated e-waste on the environment, the project uses three prolonged approaches that hinge on using existing materials, reducing waste, and moving away from the idea of fast fashion. We aim at recycling e-waste to create exceptional fashion out of it i.e., E-ware.
