My name is Peter Wertmann, I am a 27-year-old fashion design student from Switzerland, currently studying at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, Netherlands. I grew up surrounded by the Swiss Alps Where I developed a profound appreciation for outerwear and the spirit of outdoor exploration. The natural environment has not only influenced my aesthetic but has also deeply shaped my approach to fashion design.
My technical skills in pattern making and craftsmanship are at the core of my design process. I have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, I excel in translating complex designs into wearable art. My garment execution skills are particularly notable, reflecting a blend of traditional techniques and innovative approaches to textile manipulation. This expertise allows me to create sophisticated, durable pieces that maintain their functionality while pushing the boundaries of fashion design.
