With a passion for problem solving and developing quick ideas into a functional solution, I am a creative designer who thrives in collaborative environments. Creating product that make a real difference and have a good user experience is what I am passionate as a product designer.
DrumGroove bridges the gap between the inital excitment of wanting to play along to your favourite song only to be put off by pages of sheet music or other difficulties follwoing along. DrumGroove scans sheet music or allows the user to upload music from their own devices and then translates the different beats into visual cues of red and green lights on the different drums, telling the user when to play. Enabling the user to change the practice tempo, which bars to play and letting them isolate certain drums (eg. just the bass and the snare) gives the musician a customisable and more efficient way to practice.
