As a graduated student with BA (Hons) Fashion Design from the University of East London my confidence as an illustrator, writer and conceptual thinker has aided my designs.

I intend to continue the development of ‘R-Proof’, my final design collection, using garment construction techniques to enhance the silhouette and structure of the human body. This will result in additions to transform the typical female figure, such as providing more pockets for separate garments.

I hope to illustrate how this will limit the need for extra accessories such as a handbag which restricts freedom of the hands and arms during travel. I will be exploring the flexibility of movement that is available to women when not weighed down with innumerable burdens, including jewellery and other feeble accessories that constantly tangle and cause the wearer irritability.
