Through my previous training with artists and craftmen in the traditions of goldsmithing of Florence and Padua at the “Le Arti Orafe Jewellery School” I developed a love and respect for technique, tradition and noble metals that is a deep and enduring inspiration to me.

The knowledge of an ancient technique like the use of the Japanese lacquer fascinates me and gives to me new ways of expression.

Through my work I try to combine the artistic eye with scientific observation, and I attempt to forge a path through the secret complexities of Nature – following a path of dedication, Love and patience - and introduce in jewellery a world that is normally hidden from view.

My objective is to take the observer on a journey from the most ancient kinds of life to the smallest elements found on Earth.
